Learn Manual Lymphatic Drainage From an Experienced Therapist
Hands-on education designed for licensed massage therapists ready to expand their skills and confidence.
Why Manual Lymphatic Drainage Is Becoming an Essential Part of Modern Therapeutic Care.
MLD is quickly becoming one of the most requested therapeutic treatments across healthcare and wellness.
As more clients seek support for post-surgical recovery, swelling, lymphedema, pregnancy, postpartum care, oncology, and other conditions affecting the lymphatic system, the demand for qualified MLD therapists continues to grow. This gentle, evidence-informed technique helps support the body’s natural healing processes while expanding the level of care you can provide. More than another modality, MLD isn’t just a trend, is an investment in your clinical skills, your confidence, and the future of your practice.
Hi, I’m Vanessa
I’m a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of clinical experience and the founder of Spa Culture, an education and training platform dedicated to helping massage therapists grow their skills, confidence, and careers..
I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and have completed 100+ hours of advanced MLD training, including post-surgical recovery, lymphedema, oncology, pregnancy, and advanced lymphatic techniques. Every technique I teach comes from years of clinical practice and real-world experience treating clients.
My mission is to help therapists do more than learn MLD—I want them to feel confident using it, delivering exceptional results, and growing a successful practice. Through my courses and mentorship, I share both the clinical skills and the practical lessons I’ve learned throughout my career.
